We are a small charity that provides social care services to adults. We recently had a complex disciplinary matter that, in view of our very limited management resources, we were finding it very hard to resolve. June was recommended to us by a friend I had contacted for some advice. It wasn’t an easy decision to ask for her help – we haven’t used consultants in this way before and as a charity we have to think very hard about any expenditure we make. In fact, I’m sure that June’s help saved us a considerable amount of money (and significantly reduced the risks of any further cost related to employment law issues). We asked Collins Green in to look at our contracts and HR side of the business to make sure we were compliant and up to date.
