Design your own HR package
We always begin by listening and talking to you about what is happening, and offering recommendations on the best working arrangements to suit your business needs. You can decide on the type and level of ongoing HR support you would like. Tell us your preferences in terms of e-mail, telephone and face-to-face support and we will tailor a package that’s right for you and your business. Many of our clients contract with us for a number of hours per month, while others ask us to be available on an ad hoc basis for a period of time to address their needs as and when they arise.
Your own dedicated HR Advisor
As part of your ongoing HR support and advice package you will be given a dedicated, experienced and professionally qualified HR Advisor, who will work alongside you, getting to know you and your business. They will be your main point of contact and deliver the advice and support you have asked for. From time to time, where we feel specific expertise is needed on a particular technical matter we will draw on our team of Associates to find appropriate solutions, but this will always be with, and through, your dedicated HR Advisor. Our Associates can also provide us with emergency support cover, on the rare occasions when your HR Advisor may be unavailable, for example due to ill health.
